Returns within 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unused and undamaged items for a full refund. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and if you are not, please contact us to initiate the return process.

Conditions for Returns:

  • All items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • We do not accept returns after the 30-day return period.

  • Return shipping costs are free, and we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the refund.

  • Your refund will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping:

For most rugs, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via FedEx or UPS. If you use this label, your refund will be processed once the item is received, minus the cost of the return label.

If you prefer to use your own shipping label, that is perfectly fine—just be sure to send us the tracking number to help us monitor your return.

Packaging Your Return:

To ensure your rug arrives safely back to us, please package it in its original packaging or use a thick plastic covering. Any damage to the returned item may affect the refund amount.
