Shipping Coverage

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
  • Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories

Shipping Providers

  • Our preferred shipping partners include reliable carriers for smaller packages and freight companies for oversized rugs and larger shipments.
  • Rugs larger than 10x14 or orders with oversized items may require specialized freight delivery, which could take longer.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard shipping generally takes 1–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.
  • Oversized items or freight shipments may take additional time depending on the location and logistics provider.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please monitor your tracking information for updates.
  • If your tracking status shows “pending” or “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us immediately.

Important Note: Any missing shipments not reported within 5 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
